Exchanging Items Purchased Online

We sincerely hope you adore every item you order. However, in the event that you’re dissatisfied with an item or find it to have quality issues, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it for an exchange.

Exchange Policy Details

Upon receiving the original package in its original condition, ensuring it doesn’t hinder subsequent sales, we’ll promptly dispatch the replacement you require.

(Reminder: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all tags still attached. Damaged, marked, or altered returns will be rejected and returned to the sender.)

Except for certain cases, exchanges will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase. Alternatively, you may opt for a different model of equal value.

Color Representation

We strive to accurately depict our product colors. However, due to variations in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices, perfect color matching isn’t guaranteed.

Repeated Exchanges

We offer a flexible exchange policy to enhance your online shopping experience. Nevertheless, we monitor the frequency of exchanges and repeated exchanges may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders, as determined by us.

Returns Policy Guidelines

Returns are accepted solely for incorrect products or malfunctioning features as described in the product details.

To facilitate a return, please provide detailed issues accompanied by photos and videos. The return policy does not apply to used products. Kindly maintain the package in its original condition.

You have a 30-day window from the order’s arrival to initiate a return.

Upon approval, return the package to the provided address and share the tracking number with us.

Refund Policy Clarification

A refund request can be made within 30 days of your order’s arrival. The refund process may take up to 7 working days after we receive the original package, confirming it doesn’t impact subsequent sales, as per our payment processor’s regulations.

Partial refunds can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

  • The desired replacement is unavailable in our factory or inventory.
  • Your ordered product is unavailable or out of stock, and you decline to select an alternative.
  • Your package is confiscated by customs; we can either refund you or send a new package, subject to discussion.
